  • You will see the following options in the FCMB Welcome Message:

  i. Activate with your card

  • A new message will appear on your screen, asking you to enter the account number you want to add.
  • Once you’ve typed your account number correctly, click “Reply”. Within a short while, you will get a message that says, “Congratulations, your phone number has been synchronized successfully.”
  • Next, dial *389*214# from the same phone number you used to register.
  • Choose “Security” from the list of options and then choose “Change PIN.”
  • Type in your default 4-digit PIN, then type in your new 4-digit PIN.
